Shipping and Returns

Items that are NOT engraved or customized

If you purchased an item from us that has not been customized or engraved in any way, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be brand new, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying return postage if the return is not the result of our error.

 

If an item is returned in used condition, without the original packaging or is damaged, we may assess a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is 15% and may be as high as 50% or more depending on the situation.

 

If the return is being initiated as the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Made4You will cover the return postage for you.

 

In the event of a return that results in a full refund, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours of the package being delivered to our warehouse. Typically, the funds will show up on your card within 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated.

 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Items that ARE engraved or customized

While we want every one of our customers to be satisfied with our products and services, unfortunately items that have been customized or laser engraved are non-refundable and cannot be returned. 

 

In the unlikely event there is an engraving error, typo, or the quality of the items you received does not meet your expectations, we are happy to rectify the situation by either; offering a partial refund for defective items on your order or re-making any defective items and getting them to you in a timely manner.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination as well as the size and weight of the order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped. Items that cannot be shipped will be clearly marked on their product page. Any item that is not shippable can be picked up in Deer Park, New York (Long Island) or hand-delivered to you on a case-by-case basis.
